True Vine Christian Coaching is a Christ-centered approach specializing in helping people move forward in their goals. As a certified life and mental health professional coach, I work with clients using biblical foundations and strategies to support both the body and the spirit. I have worked in group coaching from grief/loss to relationship challenges, so clients are able to rebuild their identity in Christ, rediscovering hope, motivation, dream building, and provide education. We will all experience grief, loss, stress, burnout, unhealthy emotions, and feeling stuck in our lives while living in this world. Christian coaching helps when we hit a roadblock and are struggling to move past it. The techniques, skills, and biblical principles can help ensure a firm foundation is being built to regain your footing out of the quick sand of life. God motivated me to turn my passion for those hurting from life's challenges to a coaching business with Christ as our center. In our sessions, we will identify the challenges you face work together using valuable tools, strategies, and biblical insights to set meaningful goals. Just like the vast sand in the picture, obstacles may seem overwhelming, but coaching can illuminate the path ahead. With God's guidance, we can navigate towards restoration and recovery together.
